Raised on the Great Plains of Kansas. Herd genetics worked for more than 20 year to improve marbling for tenderness, juiciness and flavor. All of the beef is grass raised and finished.

Only harvested twice a year. Early spring honey is gathered in May and late dark golden summer honey in September. The honey bees are kept in the hay fields next to the vineyard.
